What could give you more time and less stress? We're going to talk about setting up systems in your business. As beauty professionals who own businesses, we dream of making it big and making a difference in the people that we serve. We want to grow our business and as our business grows, more time and energy is demanded. If we are the ones doing all the work, getting burnt out is most likely on the horizon and that’s one thing we don’t want happening.

A lot of us are still doing things manually, but nothing compares to doing things online. The process just gets easier. 

When we don't embrace systems, we slow down the whole process. Especially when clients keep pouring in and you are spread thin. This is how we become bottlenecks in our own businesses. The energy we put in, is the energy that comes back to us.

We need systems to get things in place and we need help from competent people to run those systems. It is only when we offload ourselves of repetitive tasks and hire someone to do it for us, can we devote our time to growing the business. My virtual assistants and operations manager have done a good job of saving me time and allowing me to focus on my zone of genius.

I know getting these systems in place can take some time, but it will save you time in the long run. Have you considered documenting your daily tasks? Try categorizing them in order of importance and consider which are costing you the most amount of time but return low value. The reason you do this is to determine which tasks you need to hire someone for. I want you to get this because when you value your time and your energy, you start to have more time, energy, and money. Not to mention...freedom!
